Program Partnerships

Total cost of our course is $11,000.00. 

Included with this cost includes tuition, 

• · 1 Set of in class and clinical uniforms -- students may purchase and are responsible for the cost of additional uniforms.
• · All textbooks, tools, and online access to any learning programs
• · Lunch is provided every week during the course
• · Offsite lodging and transportation to any activity that is required.
• · There is a $160 fee for the cost of our entrance exam, application fee, and background check. This fee is separate from the tuition of the course.
• Cost of National Registry testing is not included in this program, those fees are up to the student to manage.

Pay the entire tuition-  $11,000 is the total cost for the entire program. - Minimum $1500 deposit is due after acceptance to the program, with the balance due 7 days before the start of class.

Pay per month  With this option, you put a $1500 deposit down and then your tuition will be broken down into monthly installments, with the first payment due the next month after the course begins. Payment plans have an admin fee.  The amount depends on which financing program you choose, the fee is required at the time of the $1500 deposit.

Payment Plan Program Options:

Pay Monthly -  This option allows students to pay their tuition monthly.  Payments are due by the 1st of every month.  Any payments not received by the 5th of the month will incur a late fee of $75.

15 Months - $400 fee and $660 monthly payment

12 Months - $300 fee and $816 monthly payment  

Pay Per Semester - This option allows you to pay per semester.  

The Schedule for this payment option is as follows:

Tuition:  $11,000

Down Payment: $2000 due after acceptance to the program

Balance that is financed :  $9400 -  Balance plus financing fee

• Remaining balance after deposit is made is divided by 4 Semesters.  
• Students can make a larger down payment to lower the balance financed over the semesters. 

Students must apply for program financing and be approved at least 7 days before the course start date.  

Students that are 30 days past due may be placed on academic suspension until their account is brought current.   There is a $100 reinstatement fee for any student academic suspension.   At any point in time if a student on a payment plan wishes to pay his or her entire remaining balance, he or she may do so with no penalties.
